About the Role: Lead the delivery of psychological and occupational rehabilitation services. Coach and mentor DE-New Employer consultants, ensuring innovation and compliance. Develop and implement mental health training, EAP services, and market-leading programs. Drive marketing, competitive analysis, and business development efforts. Provide executive reporting, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement. What You Will Need: Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related Allied Health field. AHPRA registration or equivalent professional registration. Strong experience in occupational rehab, return-to-work, or EAP delivery. Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Expertise in marketing, business growth, and market analysis. Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to analyse data, report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
